Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate               
rescind its previous action in holding the reconsideration on                  
SENATE BILL NO. 270 to April 25 (page 3449). Without objection,                
it was so ordered.                                                             
                                                                               
Senator Mackie requested that the reconsideration on SENATE BILL               
NO. 270 be taken up. The bill was before the Senate on                         
reconsideration.

An Act relating to return of contributed capital, or payment of a              
dividend, to the state by the Alaska Student Loan Corporation; and
